Terms of use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms cover crumblegame.com and Daily Crumble in your browser. By using the site or playing the game, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Who we are

Crumble is made by one indie developer, Ty (X_Tyro). “We” and “us” on this page mean Ty. Contact: [email protected].

Free to play

Daily Crumble on this site is free to play. There’s nothing to buy here. We may change, pause or stop parts of the game or site at any time.

Play fair

We may remove leaderboard entries or scores that look unfair. We may also block players who break these rules.

Player names

Your player name is public. Don’t pick a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, harassing, or that pretends to be someone else. We may change or remove names that break this rule.

Who owns what

Crumble belongs to Ty. That includes the game, its name and logo, the artwork, puzzles and this website. Playing doesn’t give you ownership of any of it. You may use the assets in our press kit for fair coverage of Crumble, with credit. Some parts of the game use open-source material under their own licenses, which are listed in the game’s credits.

Provided as-is

The site and the game are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep them running, but we can’t promise they will always be available, error-free or secure. Scores, streaks or saved progress could sometimes be lost, for example if you clear your browser data or something goes wrong on our side.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using (or not being able to use) the site or the game. That includes lost data, scores or progress. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or rights that, by law, can’t be limited.

Other services

The site links to services we don’t run, such as Discord. Their own terms apply when you use them. The game’s online features run on Unity Gaming Services. See our privacy page for details.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using the site or the game after a change, you accept the new terms.
